Former WBC Sensory Judge, USBC Head Judge, SCA Lead Instructor and Subject Matter Expert. Worked in many facets of the industry including Coffee Roaster Barista and Green Coffee Buyer and overseeing business operations and development.

Leilani Latimer is Fair Trade USA’s Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, leading the organization’s commercial transformation and growth. Leilani Latimer is an energetic go-to-market executive and board advisor with a track record of taking nascent products, programs, and companies to scale and for her ability to balance today’s tactics with tomorrow’s strategies. Leilani is known for her unique perspective on corporate risk and reputation, shaped by her specialization in ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) and her systems-thinking approach to transformational, high impact change. Leilani holds a BA from UC San Diego, a certificate in Management for International Executives from UC Riverside and a certificate in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Jami Lewchik is the Head of TAZO and Portfolio Sustainability at ekaterra Americas, bringing more than 15 years in brand management in the food and beverage industry, ranging from the halls of Harvard to CPG giant, Unilever. She has a passion for creating inspiring consumer products and driving transformative brands with purpose. At the helm of TAZO, Jami has overseen celebrated brand initiatives from the founding of climate-justice jobs program TAZO Tree Corps, to the release of an album of guided meditations with Wu-Tang Clan's The RZA. Most recently, Jami has led the brand’s transition to a regenerative organic model, in partnership with Fair Trade USA, 1% for the Planet, Rodale Institute and the Regenerative Organic Alliance. Jami has a Graduate Certificate in Publishing from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from University of Delaware. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
